What are your delivery options?

We offer FREE shipping worldwide on all orders above £100.

For all orders below £100, please find the shipping costs below:

       UK Delivery - £3.95

       International (Worldwide) Delivery - £14.95

All orders are shipped via DHL and/or Fedex and will take between 3-7 days to reach you. Please note, all estimates exclude our dispatch time.

Why haven't I received any order confirmation yet?

You should receive a confirmation email after you place an order with us, however sometimes this email can take up to an hour to reach you. Please be sure to check your junk mailbox. If you have still not received an email after this time, please contact info@diarilush.com so that we can confirm we have received your order.

How long do your hair extensions last?

With proper care and maintenance our virgin hair extensions can last up to 3+ years.

What density are your wigs available in?

Frontal Wigs: 200% density

Closure Wigs: 180% density

What sizes are your wigs available in?

All our wigs come in the size medium. If you require a small or large sized wig please email us at info@diarilush.com.

Can I cancel or amend an order?

Due to our fast dispatch times, we are unable to accept any order cancellations. If you would like to make a change to your order, such as amend your delivery address, please contact info@diarilush.com and we will do what we can to help.

What is your returns policy?

If you would like to request a refund or exchange, please contact us at info@diarilush.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Ensure that you include your order number in the email so that we can process your request quickly for you.
