At Diari Lush, we are committed to providing high-quality hair units. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item remains:
• unused
• unworn
• lace uncut
• in original packaging with all tags attached
Due to hygiene reasons, wigs that have been worn, installed, styled, or altered cannot be returned.

Customised / Made-To-Order Wigs
Our Beginner Friendly Wigs are made to order and customised to our signature Diari Lush standard following purchase.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised or bespoke goods are exempt from the 14-day cancellation period.
Due to the bespoke nature of these wigs, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is faulty.
By placing an order for a Beginner Friendly Wig, you acknowledge that your wig is:
• made to order
• customised specifically for your purchase
• non-refundable unless faulty
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Our team will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Exchanges
Diari Lush does not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different product, length, or specification, you may return an eligible item and place a new order with the correct details.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
