Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within:

24–48 hours

Once your order has passed our quality inspection, it will be securely packaged and prepared for dispatch.

You will receive a tracking email once your order has been shipped.

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers including Royal Mail and FedEx.

Made-to-Order Wigs

Our Beginner Friendly wigs are made to order and customised following purchase to meet our signature Diari Lush standard.

This includes:

• professionally bleaching the knots

• carefully plucking the hairline

• styling the hair so the wig arrives ready to wear

Because of this custom preparation process, made-to-order wigs require additional processing time.

Once completed, your wig will be dispatched and you will receive an email with tracking details.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing:

• your tracking number

• a direct link to track your parcel

You can follow your parcel's journey directly through the courier’s website.
