Diari Lush is a premium hair brand specialising in luxury wigs and hair units designed for effortless wear and natural appearance.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order with Diari Lush you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• The information provided during checkout is accurate and complete
• You are authorised to use the payment method provided

We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraudulent or unauthorised activity is suspected.

 

3. Product Information

We make every effort to display our wigs, textures, colours and lengths as accurately as possible.

However:

• Slight variations in colour may occur due to lighting or screen settings
• Hair textures may vary slightly as all hair is natural
• Lengths are measured when hair is fully stretched

These natural variations do not constitute a fault.

 

4. Made-to-Order & Customised Wigs

Certain products, including our Beginner Friendly Wigs, are made to order and customised to our signature premium standard following purchase.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised and bespoke goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period.

Due to the bespoke nature of these wigs and for hygiene reasons:

• Made-to-order wigs cannot be cancelled once production has begun
• These items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty

By placing an order for a customised wig, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

 

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Prices may change at any time without notice. However, once an order has been placed and confirmed, the price paid will not change.

Prices displayed on the website do not include shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.

 

6. Payment

We accept secure online payments through approved payment providers.

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed or dispatched.

Diari Lush reserves the right to cancel orders where payment cannot be verified.

 

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier delays or peak periods.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.

Diari Lush is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

 

8. Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery provided the item is:

• unused
• unworn
• lace uncut
• in original packaging with all tags attached

Due to hygiene reasons, wigs that have been worn, installed, styled, or altered cannot be returned.

Made-to-order and customised wigs are non-refundable unless faulty.

9. Exchanges

Diari Lush does not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different length, texture, or product, you must:

  1. Return your eligible item in accordance with our Returns Policy
  2. Place a new order with the correct specifications

 

10. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• your order number
• photographs of the issue

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer an appropriate resolution in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including:

• branding
• product descriptions
• images
• graphics
• website design

is the intellectual property of Diari Lush and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diari Lush shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential loss
• loss of profits or business
• delays outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
